As a result of these negotiations, an agreement was also reached on the NSW and ACT Catholic Systemic Schools Principals Enterprise Agreement 2020 (Major EAs).

The union found that 167 religious educators in Sydney Catholic schools were wrongly removed from the voting list for the new enterprise agreement. New instructions were sent out late on Thursday afternoon, November 12.
